Here I am applying the last layer of protection. The bubble design you can see through the resin reflects light in a special way… pulling your eye towards this artpiece. The playing fields have been filled with transparant blue resin for a play full design.

What you see here is a transformation that takes about 38 days—every step requiring precision, patience, and care. From letting the wood acclimate to its environment, to mapping out the perfect layout, to pouring and curing the epoxy. From meticulously flattening the surface to reinforcing it with C-channels for long-lasting stability. From hours of sanding to the final finishing touches that bring out the beauty of the wood.

Crafting a table like this isn’t just work; it’s an art. Quality isn’t just a goal—it’s the standard.

Wat je hier ziet, is een transformatie die ongeveer 30 dagen in beslag neemt—elke stap vereist precisie, geduld en zorg. Van het laten acclimatiseren van het hout aan de omgeving, tot het uitwerken van de perfecte indeling, tot het gieten en uitharden van de epoxy. Van het zorgvuldig vlak maken van het oppervlak, tot het versterken met C-profielen voor duurzame stabiliteit. Van urenlang schuren tot de laatste afwerking die de schoonheid van het hout naar voren brengt.
