HOW TO COOK EGG PIE IN THE SALADMASTER ELECTRIC SKILLET? 🥚🥧

Creamy, rich, and irresistibly comforting! This Filipino favorite is easier to make at home with the Saladmaster Electric Skillet. From the buttery homemade crust to the smooth, creamy egg filling, everything cooks together for a delicious dessert the whole family can enjoy.

HERE’S HOW ⬇️
🍽 MAKES: 6–8 servings

🥘 UTENSILS:
• 2 Large Bowls
• Saladmaster Electric Skillet

🥗 INGREDIENTS:
• 320 g plain flour
• 150 g melted butter
• 120 ml water
• 8 egg yolks
• 1 can evaporated milk
• 1 can condensed milk

👩‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣ Prepare the pie crust.
In a large bowl, combine the plain flour, melted butter, and water. Stir and knead until the mixture forms a soft dough.

2️⃣ Shape the crust.
Press the dough evenly into the Saladmaster Electric Skillet. Use a fork to gently create a design along the edges.

3️⃣ Make the creamy filling.
In a separate bowl, beat together the egg yolks, condensed milk, and evaporated milk until well combined and smooth.

4️⃣ Add the filling.
Pour the creamy egg mixture evenly over the prepared pie crust.

5️⃣ Cook in the Electric Skillet.
Set the temperature to 140°C and cook for 30 minutes, or until the filling is set.

6️⃣ Cool, slice & serve!
Allow the egg pie to cool before slicing. Serve and enjoy a creamy, homemade Filipino classic with your family! 🥚🥧
