Cavolo Nero Cooking has moved to Perth, Australia!
After 3 amazing years in Norway, I’m starting a new chapter here, bringing my Italian cuisine with me as a private chef and cooking school 🍝🌿

The next weeks will be all about exploring, sourcing great local and Italian ingredients, and getting ready to be back in the kitchen very soon.

Emi and Matteus got married last Saturday and chose for their celebration dinner.

“It has been a perfect day today and you made that possible with your food.”
That’s what Matteus told me after dinner — and my heart just melted ❤️.

The joy, the love, the laughter… and the food. I didn’t have time to take any pictures of the dishes (we were all too busy to make that moment perfect!), but according to the groom, the food was great 😸.
