Time to show the third advent calendar guest! Czech Industra is another roaster who will collaborate with us. Why Industra? Because they are cool and you most likely haven’t heard of them yet. They come from Brno, second biggest city in Czechia. Industra coffee is part of specialty coffee industry for over 10 years. Good coffee is obsession for them and journey they choose to live for.

YES! You read correct! Our one and only Norwegian advent calendar guest is Oslo’s Supreme Roastworks! Their coffee shop/roastery at Grünerløkka is our must stop when we are visiting our capital. They also saved us 2 years ago when our roaster broke down and supplied our shelves with coffee. Supreme goes way back, they are here since 2008. Their Co-owner Odd-Steinar won multiple times national Brewers cup Championship and he became winner of World BrC in 2015. And guess who roasted his competition coffee? Magnus Lindskog from Supreme.

Our first guest roasters in our advent calendar is no one else than Swedish Swerl! You would most likely find a bag of their beans in our roaster Agata’s home stash. Their journey started in 2018, when Beatriz and Daniel decided to start a coffee business together. In 2019, after a year in New Zealand, they introduced first coffee bar- in converted 1972 Mercedes bus, in Falkenberg. In early 2022 they launched their own roastery, with their team expanding. Since then they are roasting exceptional coffee, maintain high quality and focus on close work with producers. Swerl was ranked as 47th in the Top 100 Specialty Coffee Roasters and also placed as a 2nd in prestigious Nordic’s Best Roasters.

Last day of January and the last release of this month is here- PERU// Corazon De Jesus. Natural Caturra from Huabal. This coffee is sweet with tropical fruit notes forward.

First release this year! We are introducing two new coffees on our shelf, both washed this time. First is RWANDA// Gitesi by Gahizi, sweet and clean, dominant Honey and Black Tea with hints of Yellow Plum. ETHIOPIA// Dhilgee Danche Organic is our second new. Smooth and fresh with notes of Peach, Apricot, Caramel and Violets. You can find both on our webshop, or visit us in our Kaffebar.
