Good morning!!

Lately, I was very quiet here. There were a lot of changes in my life, but I finally feel that I kind of settled down.

As you see, I moved up North, and I bake and bake. If not at work, then home, if not home - at work. My life is about bread 😂

So, here you can see my today's job!
Delicious, crispy bread, some of those are sourdoughs some on yeast.

I'm learning many new things.

I will share them with you in the future :)

Trochę zamilkłam w social mediach ostatnio. Miałam mnóstwo życiowych zmian itp., ale w końcu czuję, że przyszła jakaś stabilizacja.

Dzielę się z Wami moimi dzisiejszymi wypiekami. Część z nich jest na zakwasie, część na drożdżach. Każdy jeden pyszny, chrupiący i świeżutki 😊

W przyszłości pokażę wam inne super pyszne wypieki. Nie tylko chlebki 😎 Uczę się wielu nowych rzeczy tutaj 💪

Still can't find natural black colourant, it's not so easy up North. Hopefully next bread will be black and pink :D
