Throwback to Our 2014 Balmandir Renovation Project 🌟
Looking back at one of our cherished projects from 2014—revitalizing the heritage Balmandir in Birgunj. This project holds a special place in our journey, blending history with functionality to create a space that inspires learning and celebrates heritage.

Reviving the Building
We reimagined the historic structure into a Montessori center while thoughtfully adding a primary school wing. The goal was to respect the legacy of Balmandir while giving it a modern purpose for young learners.

🌳 Island Concept Landscape
The landscape design embraced an island concept, with the historic Ratnarajya Statue at its heart, surrounded by heritage-inspired columns as striking focal points. This approach created a timeless connection between the past and present.

Play of Light and Shade
The corridors were designed to embody the beauty of light and shade, making every step along them a reminder of the thoughtful details that bring life to architecture.

This project was more than just design; it was about honoring memories and creating a space where new ones could be made. Revisiting it today fills us with pride and nostalgia.

We recently had the privilege of documenting a 100-year-old temple, a masterpiece standing as a testament to the timeless craftsmanship of the past. Its intricate carvings, harmonious proportions, and sacred ambiance narrate stories of devotion and artistry, echoing through generations.
