🤩 Deliciously thick, uncut, unsmoked slabs of Classic Pork Bacon and Low-Fat Buff Bacon.

One is gloriously indulgent. The other is lean, disciplined, and wonderfully keto-friendly. Both, rather conveniently, are delicious!

Slice them thick and pan-sear until the edges turn glassy and golden. Lay them over creamy scrambled eggs. Dice them into pasta where they melt quietly into silk. Terrine à la Himalaya ☃️☃

For years, people have debated what the Yeti eats. Snow? Silence? The occasional lost philosophy student? Turns out the answer is far more refined.

Slow-brined ham hocks. Lightly cured. Gently boiled. Pressed and set in its own collagen jelly. Seasoned to whisper with rare Himalayan aromatics like Yangben lichens, gentle warmth, and mountain depth. Finished like a European terrine that took the right turn and found enlightenment in the Himalaya.

And yes, for those who like their snowmen a little more abominable, a red-hot spicy version is available on request.
