A nanglo (Nepali: नाङ्लो; Newari: हासा pronounced [naŋlo]) is a flat round woven tray made of bamboo used in Nepal.

It is used for winnowing, that is, to sift grain and to separate dust and chaff from paddy, rice, dal, beans, and other cereals. Nanglos are an indispensable part of Nepali kitchens.

So:ma (सोःमा)

So:ma is used to store water and drinks for everyday use or during occasions. The pot is called So:ma in Newari culture. It cools the water/drinks through evaporative cooling and the clay also acts as a filtration system, removing impurities and enhancing the taste.
