Growing up as a Newari Buddhist in Kathmandu, I was shaped by the sacred art surrounding me - paubhas, thangkas, monastery decorations, intricate wood and metal craftsmanship - everything inspired me. I learned early that our culture is rich, and that our hands could create things meant to last generations.

The ‘saṃsāra’ collection is that philosophy meeting modern reality. Single-use plastic waste is cleansed, transformed, and given new life by Nepali artisans using centuries-old ‘slow techniques’. Each piece is a personal reflection on my roots and the waste crisis we’re facing.

It’s not just rescued plastic - it’s a symbol for conscious living, a talisman of transformation to remind you that even the most forgotten pieces can begin again.

🚨 MODELS WANTED! OPEN CALL 🚨

RE-UP STUDIO is casting for an upcoming jewelry campaign, and we are looking for real faces of Kathmandu.

We are a brand built on inclusivity and the future and that means throwing out any industry standards for modeling. We are casting individuals ages 20 to 50. Female, male, non-binary, trans, adivasi, disabled - ALL are welcome and highly encouraged to apply.

The ONLY Requirements:
Must have your ears pierced (ear lobe piercing is strictly required for this shoot)
Must be based in Kathmandu.
Must be flexible with time

No modeling experience is necessary. We are looking for authentic energy and individuals who align with our vision.
