~ IMPERIAL CALACATTA VIOLA | A little drama ~

One of our favourite new arrivals in recent months is Imperial Calacatta Viola Matt 600 x 600mm porcelain.

A striking interpretation of Calacatta Viola marble, this tile captures the drama of the Italian stone with its rich burgundy veining, warm white background and distinctive brecciated pattern.

And that rich burgundy? It’s a colour we’re seeing more and more in interiors right now, as design moves away from cool greys and predictable neutrals towards warmer, more expressive spaces with plenty of character.

Calacatta Viola is certainly not a wallflower. The bold veining brings instant impact, while the matt finish gives the overall look a softer, more contemporary feel.
For those who love the drama of natural marble but want the practical qualities of porcelain, this is a particularly beautiful alternative.

A tile with plenty to say — and one we think is going to be around for a while.
