120 + makers/designers. Miranda and Marc opened MIXT NZ Made in Kingsland in February 2004. MIXT NZ Made stocks contemporary New Zealand made design, jewellery and gifts. Yes we are open on Sunday :) Most other businesses in Devonport are open too (both of the church based opp-shops are closed)
If you are on the city side of the Harbour Bridge you can easily use the trains and the busses to get downtown and have a Fullers "mini cruise" over to sunny Devonport. There is plenty to do with a great range of shops, galleries and eateries. The visitor information caravan, inside the ferry terminal, have brochures for other activities and historical walks in the area. When you are there, make sure you come far enough up the street, to visit MIXT :)

At the beginning of the year we decided to freeze all our prices at MIXT for 2026. I don't think our decision to do this has been noticed much but I do know that customers are going to notice when we have to adjust most of our prices in 2027! Most suppliers have put there prices up and some have had several increases in the past 9 months. Make the most of the price freeze - it ends 31st December 2026 :)
