Philatelic Stamp Art NZ Philatelic Stamp Art NZ is a small business created by Kevin Steel in his home in Woolston, Christchurch.

Philately is the collection and study of postage stamps, which Kevin has a passion for. He wanted to find a way to reuse postage stamps that otherwise might be left sitting and collecting dust. Using specially cut templates, Kevin handcrafts each individual art piece using genuine postage stamps, meaning each and every piece is unique.
