Part 2 ✨

COVID forced us to pivot.

After losing tenants and facing so much uncertainty, we couldn’t bring new brands on board, so we started buying our own products.

No experience. No strategy. Just buying pieces I loved and hoping others would too 🤍

There were definitely a few lessons and stuff ups along the way, but I’m so proud of where we are today.

Part 1 of how The Collective began 🤍

From how I got into retail, to starting The Collective, growing the store, navigating the hard seasons and then COVID hitting…

Like so many small businesses, we suddenly had to rethink everything. We lost tenants, foot traffic disappeared and I had to pivot to keep The Collective going.

It definitely wasn’t always smooth sailing, but I’m so grateful for the journey and everyone who has supported us along the way ✨
