Day 1 at AGHA Sydney Gift Fair ☀️🌿

Sydney is hot today — and so is the energy at the show 😄

A really nice first day for Tiaki Life. We met some great new people, picked up some exciting new leads, and even received new orders from one of our partners.

Always good to get out from behind the emails, meet people face-to-face and talk about the products in real life.

Great start to Sydney. Looking forward to Day 2! 💚

2026 Winter Gift Fair has officially wrapped up in Christchurch, and we’re feeling so grateful. 🌿

It was wonderful to be back at the fair, meeting so many new faces and sharing the Tiaki Life story with people who care about beautiful, practical and more sustainable choices for everyday living.

This year, our new colour series received so much love — especially from bookshops, gift stores and lifestyle retailers looking for something fresh, colourful and meaningful for their customers.

Our classic Canterbury range also continued to be a favourite, with strong interest from florists and garden centres who love its natural look, durability and eco-friendly material.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, asked questions, placed orders, shared feedback, or simply said hello. Every conversation means a lot to us.

We’re excited to see Tiaki Life pots reaching more homes, gardens, shops and plant lovers across New Zealand. 🌱

We’re now available at Mitre 10 MEGA Hastings & Mitre 10 MEGA Napier! 🌿

We’re so excited to share that Tiaki Life planters are now on the shelves at: Mitre 10 MEGA Hastings & Mitre 10 MEGA Napier 🎉

Tiaki Life is a New Zealand-based brand, created with a simple idea: to offer beautiful, practical planters that are kinder to the planet and designed for Kiwi homes and gardens.

Made from rice hulls, our biodegradable planters are a more sustainable alternative to plastic pots — strong enough for everyday use, while returning to nature at the end of their life.

As a small local brand, every store that supports us means so much. When you choose Tiaki Life, you’re not only choosing a planter — you’re supporting a New Zealand business, local retailers, and a more sustainable way of growing.

A big thank you to the teams at Mitre 10 MEGA Hastings and Mitre 10 MEGA Napier for supporting local and helping bring Tiaki Life to more Kiwi homes. 💚

Pop in and have a look next time you’re in store.

Autumn Gift Fair 2026 ✅

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand, placed orders, shared ideas and supported our biodegradable rice hull pots. Seeing retailers resonate with our vision makes all the hard work worth it.

As a brand owner, I’m reminded that we’re not just selling products — we’re building a movement.

It’s inspiring to meet more retailers who truly care about sustainability, who choose better materials, and who believe business can protect our environment — not harm it 🌏

The future belongs to brands with purpose. And we’re just getting started.
