5 gorgeous cushions made from remnant Designer Guild fabric purchased from for $20. Fitting out an entire apartment with Reloved takes time & patience, but seeing the results come to life is so rewarding.

Lounge furniture is currently being restored and reupholstered, so cushions are a soft respite 🤭

Just presented an accreditation model that could shift India’s 5 million handloom weavers out of poverty into Living Wage, to an international delegation. Exciting times ahead but am now exhausted … big week, hence feet up before next event

Dressed by NZ label using Indian handloom fabric and seamstresses paid living wages (7.7x more than average earnings of the handloom industry)

most $$$$ preloved purchase to date. Stunning mid-century mahogany sofa/fold-down bed, in mint condition.

We will up-cycle some feather cushions from our massively over-cushioned couch in Dunedin to make plush replacements for these foam ones, but 1st need to find upholstery fabric on TradeMe. Then we’re off to brief the upholsterer (will share restoration progress as it unfolds).
