Angie's Kitchen My love and passion for creating dishes started during my teenage years. Once I migrated to New Zealand I started to experiment the recipes.

Every time I see a recipe in the newspapers/magazines/print media I used to cut it and keep in a folder for future reference. After marriage I moved to South India and associated with a good friend from whom I learnt all the South Indian dishes after observing her cooking. I

have learnt to combine my Sri Lankan heritage along with my South Indian cooking experience to create unique dishes of all sorts which is non-vegetarian and vegetarian using authentic culinary skills. I make my own curry powder to create these unique tasty dishes to suit your palette. Every Saturday my class starts from 4-6pm (one class during weekend) I would like to share my knowledge and expertise during this class.
