Ever had a rivet squash or bend when you set it?

Before blaming the rivet, check the post length.

A good rule is to choose one that’s only a couple of millimetres longer than all the layers you’re joining. Too short and it may not grip properly. Too long and it can buckle when you set it.

You can set rivets by hand or use a rivet press like the KAM press, otherwise known as the Green Machine.

Sometimes it really is just about finding the right rivet for the job.
Save this one for the next time your rivets aren’t behaving!

Headliner foam🥲.
I have made the decision not to stock this product for the foreseeable future due the massive increase in shipping for larger bulky packages.
It just cost me over $15 to ship .75x2m to a town address. Rural is now over $20 which is more than the cost of the item and unfortunately not everyone is understanding when you request extra for shipping 🥲.
