Due to the Hawkes Bay Marathon this weekend, we will be closed on Saturday.

We will open our doors on Sunday from 9am till 12pm or until sold out.

If anyone knows where my flour is, can you point it back to me please 🤣.

Unfortunately, the beautiful organic flour that i use has been lost in transit somewhere.

If and when it turns up, I will be back up and running.

Wow, what a week!!!

I actually can't believe it. Literally hundreds and hundreds of woodfire HOTCROSS BUNS made this morning.

A big shout-out to everyone who continues to support my small business. You are all legends

And a massive shout-out to for an amazing week with the Hawkes Bays Best hotcross bun competition. We didn't win, but man, it's been awesome seeing all the votes and love from everyone. Congrats to crave baking co from CHB for the win!!!

Due to factors outside of my control (the weather), the first part of my holiday has been cut short.....

So I thought since i have some time up my sleeve and with running a Hawkes Bays, best HOTCROSS BUN competition, i figured I would do a run of buns this Friday.

That's Friday the 11th and only Friday this week!!!

There will be over 200 delicious woodfire HOTCROSS BUNS available from 12-6pm or until sold out

These are baked using the heat from FIRE, from New Zealands only D130 WOODFIRE OVEN

Note: There will only NO Sourdough or Focaccia Just HOTCROSS BUNS
