Today I made some stuff. 😀 Page embellishments including this altered paper clip for my latest journal using digital kits by Sam Poole and Julie J I have a new video up on my YouTube channel if you would like to see what else I created. This journal is taking a long time to come together but it is starting to come together and I’m loving it. I hope you will too . Have a great week 🙂🫶🏻

I am still working on my School Days journal using digital images created by Sam Poole I am so pleased I filmed a few videos before I left for the wedding because I returned home with a rotten cold and it just won’t leave me be. So there is a new video up on my channel making a few pieces of ephemera for the journal. The music I have chosen is in honour of Glen Hansard who died very recently and had a huge impact on me with his music and humanity. Have a great weekend beautiful people.

Slowly adding to my School Days journal. Choosing old papers, strengthening them so they will stand the test of more time and be celebrated for years to come. My next video creating this journal is up on my YouTube channel.

I’m currently away spending time with family before my youngest daughter’s wedding which happens tomorrow. One morning after work I had the urge to pop into a few of my local op shops and antique stores. I’m so happy with the beautiful lace I found. It’s not often I come across truly old lace. I’m not going to lie, it’s going to be difficult to use these pieces but I’ll know when the time is right.

Happy Ruby Tuesday. I’m off to bed and while I sleep my design team project video for Heather Naggy will go up on my YouTube channel. I am super happy to have completed a journal I started quite some time ago. I have used Heather’s Angel kits amongst others. I hope you enjoy the flip through.

The little grungy journal is finished. It got too fat so I had to take it apart to remove a few folios and rebind it again. I also stitched it a belt, you know because it is fat. 😂. I have to say I love it and enjoyed working in a very different style for me. I used Fragmented Files kits by Marlies Huijink-Vlug and Grungy Ticking by Marisa There is a full flip through on my YouTube channel if you would like to see inside. June is MND Awareness Month and today 21st June is MND Global Awareness Day. As some of you alone MND has made its presence known in my family and we are all still working out how to come to terms with this. If this journal sells the proceeds will go to MND Awareness NZ.
