Heritage update... we’re on the home stretch 🌸📦
Our goal is to have all main box orders on your doorstep by Friday, ready for the long weekend!
Final Wellington region deliveries are happening today and tomorrow, with the remaining main boxes due to be shipped by tomorrow. For orders placed a little later, we’ll do our very best to get yours away too, although Friday arrival isn’t something we can promise.
Going away? Please email ASAP if you’d like me to hold your box. If it hasn’t already gone out, I can send it on Tuesday instead... no tubers waiting on the doorstep while you’re away!
I also want to be honest about why I’ve been quiet here.
I’ve stepped back from Facebook and limited my time on Messenger while I focus on packing and getting orders out. I know some of you are still waiting for replies, and I’m sorry for the uncertainty that creates.
If you’ve requested a refund and haven’t heard back, I understand that you need an answer. Those requests still need to be worked through alongside the remaining orders. Your money matters. I know you worked hard for it, and I take that seriously.
You’re absolutely entitled to ask questions, raise concerns or tell me something isn’t right. I’m willing to have those conversations. Personal attacks and harassment, however, are not okay. There is a real person behind Heritage, and I deserve respectful communication too.
To everyone who has been patient, checked in, shared their boxes or sent a kind message... thank you. You’ve helped keep me going through a really difficult season.
So much care has gone into these boxes. I’m proud of what we’ve created, and I can’t wait for you to get your hands on yours 💜
