The sunshine has been so lovely to work in this week, feeling such a change in the weather!

Happy Fathers Day to all those legends out there!

Spent some of Sunday with my Dad building a couple more flower gardens. Even made some scones to share with two of our favourite old men 🤍

These gardens are dedicated to dahlias. Cannot wait to have an abundance of their blooms here again. Even found one we left in the ground spouting already!

$30 for ten stems.

Shes nearly at the end but we have lots more coming, purples, pinks and oranges are starting to show their colours now.

The dahlia dividing mission is underway! 🔥

We have spent many hours out in the shed together trying to get this massive job ticked off. So far we have got through 10/35 crates. It’s been a time sucker for sure!

Really looking forward to having gardens full of dahlias again, it feels so close with Spring just around the corner 🤍

Some tips for looking after your bunch,

✨ a clean vase with fresh cold water

✨ trim leaves so that none are in the water line

✨ change water every couple of days

✨ keep away from ripening fruit

✨ keep away from heat and draughts
