A little clay inspiration for your Friday 🩶

We love seeing what our customers create with our clays, and these beautiful pieces are made with our WMS2002GG Cement Stoneware Clay.

Paired with her own glazes, Lavinia Currie has produced such lovely work with the earthy tones, exposed clay and soft organic forms.

Happy Saturday!

It’s a grey one out there today, so why not pop into the studio and try something new?

This combo has been shared by our fabulous Deb Millar who has been creating these lovely landscape layering designs.

See below her process to recreate your own lush green effect 💚

Glazes used: Abbots Moss Green, Abbots Amazon, Abbots White Oilspot

1. 2x coats Moss Green inside and on top 1/3 outside
2. 2x coats Amazon on lower 2/3 outside
3. 1x coat White Oilspot over the top 1/3 outside (over Moss)

This combo will move, so make sure to allow some clearance on the bottom 1-1.5cm of your piece!
