Slow Sundays

Fresh sheets, room spray, coffee in the sun, walking Louie, a sauna and cold shower, mandarins picked from the tree to give away, dinner in the slow cooker for the family who have been out racing their bikes, ending the day with a quiet glass of wine (or two😜)

Sauna Sundays have become one of my favourite rituals.

The warmth, the stillness, the cold shower afterwards, and those small moments of looking after yourself properly. Finishing with body oil and a face spritz always leaves me feeling calmer, softer, clearer, like a reset for the week ahead.

A simple ritual, but such a beautiful reminder to slow down and take care of yourself too.
