Four local sisters Julie, Debbie, Gaye and Vicki have taken over and are excited about what the future holds for Pacifica and Papamoa.

Now is a great time to plant. Instore we have a wide range of camellias from ground covers to larger grade. Which are Great for privacy or screen. 🌲

Wide range of flowers, white or pink. Also some gourgous red shaded flowers. Camellia do best planted in semi shade.🌴

🌱💚 Growing More Than Just Plants 💚🌱

At Pacifica, we believe community is just as important as plants, coffee, and great conversations.

We’re excited to introduce our new Grow, Share, Give Cart outside the garden centre! 🥕🍅🥬 This community cart is a place where fresh produce can be purchased, shared, or donated, with 100% of proceeds going to a range of local charities and community causes. Whether you’re grabbing some fresh goodies or contributing your own produce, every little bit helps make a difference.

We’ve also installed a new AED (Automated External Defibrillator) outside the gift shop, available 24/7 for our customers and the wider community. In an emergency, having quick access to an AED can help save lives, and we’re proud to make this resource available to everyone.

Pacifica has always been about more than plants and coffee ☕🌿. It’s about creating a space that supports, cares for, and gives back to our community.

Our latest range of roses are now in store, including both standard and climbing varieties.

Whether you’re looking to add colour to your garden, create a beautiful feature, or train a climbing rose over an arch, we have plenty to choose from.

🐾💚 A huge thank you to one of our amazing regulars, Simon Van Arkel from Harcourts, for generously donating our new dog water station!

Now all of our four-legged visitors can stop by for a refreshing drink while their humans enjoy a coffee, browse the garden centre, or relax in the café. ☕🌿

Simon has also kindly supplied some fun colouring-in pages for the kids, with spot prizes available. Be sure to grab a sheet next time you’re in and get creative! 🎨🐶
