In this project by Studio AGD, Corsica sits at the heart of the living room.

Armadillo designed it to evoke the lull of island life. Rows of solid-dyed wool run between fine linen, creating a linear texture that rises and falls like a gentle tide, with a soft shift in colour across the surface.

Another corner of this Herne Bay home, this time with Agra in Thistle. It’s a muted sage-grey, hand-knotted in wool with a deep cut pile that catches the light. The abrash dyeing gives the colour a gentle variation, so it never looks flat. Here it sits under a sculptural coffee table, with just enough green to echo the stems in the vase.
