A very unusual thing happened today. I didn't go into work. This is the first time in a very long time that
I am home on a Saturday morning
and it's been very enjoyable. Tidying up shishing and shooshing as I like to do. Enjoying the sun and basking in its warmth. I'm now feet up in my knitting chair and will spend an hour or two finishing a project .

These crocheted Baubles remind me of sweets we used to have as kids. They had flower prints on them too. Probably still available in specialist sweet shops.
Thanks to everyone who has shopped with me for the last 2 and a half weeks be it online or click and collect. I do appreciate you all. Though I do look forward to next week when we can catch up again

Well there's no doubt about it Bertie is feeling very lonely and sad at the thought that he'll be all on his lonesome for another week. He knows it's for the best but the main Street in Puke feels like a ghost town and businesses are doing it tough.
He can probably stand another week but much longer and...... There will be tears🙄

Isn't this covid a bummer. Thankfully we knitters and crafters can keep ourselves busy and there's nothing like an interesting project to keep us chilled. I'm working on a kidsilk haze sweater and thoroughly enjoying it.. Even if I had to undo the back and start again. I have a habit of never being able to stick to the pattern.

"I Hear You Knocking But You Can't Come In" well that's the case for another week or so.
However you can email me your order and I will be at the shop in the mornings for contactless pickup.
