I love being able to make my own French bread sticks for cheese boards, buns for burgers and different loaves. Kneading by hand can be therapeutic but also very time consuming. The Thermomix does in 1 minute what would take us 5 minutes by hand - that’s some great time saving Thermomix in New Zealand

After sharing my sourdough process yesterday, today I’ll be sharing some other breads my TM7 makes so easy! I recommend the baking mat from the mix shop when working with and rolling your dough. The rose gold bakeware has a nice heaviness to it for baking too. Thermomix in New Zealand What is your favourite scroll filling?

This loaf had the jalapeño and cheese inclusions but just listen to that crunch! Make sure you leave the warm loaf to cool before slicing…if you can :-) Thermomix in New Zealand
