GSM stands for grams per square metre and simply refers to the weight of the fabric.

A common misconception is that a higher GSM automatically means better quality. In reality, GSM only tells part of the story. The quality of the flax fibres, the finishing process, and how the linen feels in everyday use are just as important.

We chose this weight because it offers a balance of breathability, softness, and comfort throughout the year, substantial enough to feel cosy, while still maintaining the airy qualities linen is loved for.
