Walder Brothers Kindling Two young brothers learning the ins and outs of what it takes to run a business There's no fancy machinery here, just good old fashioned hard work.

Back story.....

One Saturday morning in 2019, two little guys decided they wanted to do something to earn some pocket money... so with a little help from Mum and Dad, they came up with an idea to sell some home chopped kindling. Once they came up with a plan they went to it... and there's been no stopping them since. We went out and sourced some untreated wood, visited the local supermarket and a

sked for a supply of banana boxes (we recycle and reuse here folks), then we came home and the boys have been busy since. With the help of Dad they have a chopping set up and a loading/ packing zone. So after many, many hours of chopping and packing, these hard workers are filling up boxes with their fine quality kindling after school and in their weekends.

Autumn has arrived and we are getting a number of enquiries about kindling - yes, the boys have some boxes available already!

Price is $20 for a large box of bone-dry, tightly packed kindling

We are hoping to make it to some markets this year, but the boys' extra curricular calendar is starting to fill up fast. So this year we will have the kindling listed on Trade Me like we have in the past, or please feel free to flick the boys a message or email [email protected]
