🌿 A Little Apology from Me 🀍

Hi everyone πŸ’›

Life has had a way of demanding my attention in other areas recently, and while I haven’t been able to give my Creative Kiwis’ Platforms the time they deserve, I’ve always appreciated this amazing community and everyone who continues to support one another

I’m so incredibly grateful to each and every one of you who has continued to share your businesses, cheer each other on, and help keep this group such a positive place. That’s exactly what Creative Kiwis is all about

From here on, I’ll be making a real effort to stay on top of everything and become much more active again. I can’t wait to showcase more of your incredible businesses, celebrate your successes, and continue growing this wonderful community together

Thank you all so much for your patience, understanding, and ongoing support. It truly means the world to me

Here’s to supporting local, shopping small, and lifting each other up 🀍

🌈 FEATURED MEMBER INTRO ~ MONS CREATIONS ✨

Today I’m so honoured to introduce you to the beautiful heart behind Mons Creations πŸ’œπŸŽ

Mons Creations is all about crafting heartfelt, personalised treasures and cherished memories ~ creations made with love, intention and deep emotional meaning ✨ Each piece tells a story, holds space, and is designed to be truly special

Behind the creations is a mama who has journeyed through immense change ~ moving from South Africa to Aotearoa with a new baby, far from family support, navigating marriage, motherhood, identity and survival all at once 🌍🀍

She openly shares that creating has been her lifeline
A gentle escape from depression
A grounding place to breathe
A way to pour love outward when things felt overwhelming

Art became her safe place ~ and through making things for others, she slowly found herself again πŸ–ŒοΈπŸŒ±
Gift giving is her love language 🎁
Creating for others lights her up
And while she’s been a lifelong people pleaser, this creative journey has also been about unlearning that ~ choosing herself, her wellbeing, and her joy πŸ’«

Mons Creations offers a beautiful range of handmade pieces, each infused with care, emotion and story ~ and I cannot wait to share more of her work with you all over the coming days πŸ’–
