We had a great night with Chef Brooke doing a Masterclass as part of Savour Northland! We cured sustainably farmed kingfish in Papaka Road Gin, paired it with pickled blueberries and a citrus creme fraiche. We also made a panna cotta with Belle Chevre Creamery's yummy goats cheese with macadamia coconut crumble and pineapple mint salsa. It was a great night with Papaka Road providing a gin tasting as well! Thanks to Savour Northland, Papaka Road Distillery and Belle Chèvre Creamery and Fish to Fish for providing the most beautiful kingfish from Haku!
