Sobriety is definitely journey that keeps you learning about yourself day by day!
Alcohol was my biggest demon and had me from a very early age numbing reality.
At 18 I was attending AA meetings, at 19 I was in a medical detox in hospital.
Im now 5years and 7months free from the chains it had me in!
If addiction runs in your family, let your kids know so they have the awarness that you prehaps didnt and they can make more informed and safer choices 💛
