The architect and interior designer may sound like overlapping roles, but in a residential project, they each bring distinct magic to the table. 🏠✨

The architect focuses on the bones—layout, structure, flow, natural light, and how the house sits on the land.

Meanwhile, the interior designer steps into the soul of the home: finishes, furniture, lighting, spatial experience, and how each room feels to live in.

Think of the architect as the body's skeleton, and the interior designer as the heartbeat and wardrobe.

When they collaborate early, you avoid costly revisions and mismatched visions.

The architect makes sure the stairs don't hit your head; the designer makes sure you actually want to walk up them.

Together, they turn a house into your home—functional, beautiful, and truly livable.

Just got a call from a US-based client who’s ready to turn his Angeles, Pampanga condo into the retirement haven he actually deserves. 🌴✈️

He bought the place with big dreams, but the current design?

Let’s just say it’s not giving ‘home.’ He wants to make sure his Philippine retirement feels right from day one. 🇺🇸➡️🇵🇭

If your space doesn’t spark joy (or a peaceful retirement), DM me. Let’s redesign your future.

Sunday Inspo

The sweet spot for a dining chandelier?
7 to .9 meter above the table.

A common mistake many Filipinos make is hanging it too high (worried about head bumps) throwing off the whole room’s balance.

How about white tiles?

Using nothing but white tiles throughout a space often flattens the design, stripping away visual contrast and warmth until the room feels more like a sterile lab than a home.

Without darker accents, varied textures, or color breaks, the space lacks depth and can quickly show every scuff, speck of dirt, or grout discoloration.

While white tiles work well in small doses—like a backsplash or bathroom floor—relying on them exclusively tends to erase personality and make a space feel cold, unfinished, and surprisingly difficult to keep looking clean.
