Let’s talk about potting soil…
Here’s some tips on what potting soil should be used for winter sowing.
🌺 Types of Soil ~ Any potting medium will work. Mixes with soil for potting or soilless mixes both work fine.
🌺 Avoid soil bags that say they are 'W**d Free' because they can contain chemicals mixed into soil to prevent any w**d seeds in that bag from germinating. They will also prevent the germination of the seeds you sow in that same soil.
🌺 Your moistened potting soil needs to be at least 3” deep in your container before you sow your seeds.

How to Make Fermented Fruit Juice 🍌🍎🍇 Fertilizer

1. Slice into small pieces the fruits at least 2-3 kinds of fruits. I only have apples and grapes on hand 😁

2. Make sure the total weight of the fruits you use is the same as that of the brown sugar.

3. Mix the brown sugar and fruits well.

4. Keep it in a tightly covered container.

5. After 7 days, use a strainer to separate the liquid from the fermented juice we've made and use the liquid as foliar spray.

Spray it on the top and under the leaves of any fruit-bearing plants 🍓🍇
