Important Update:
Changes to Our Online Shopping Platform
Dear valued customers,
I want to inform you about some changes happening within our online shopping setup. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I have made the tough decision to indefinitely close my shop on Shopee.
While this decision wasn't easy, I believe it's necessary to continue providing you with the best possible service. However, don't worry! Paper hugs by Anne is not disappearing completely.
Moving forward, I’ll still be accepting orders through my Facebook and Instagram accounts. I understand that this might be inconvenient for some of you, since Shopee shipping fees are far cheaper and they have a wide variety of payment methods. But I want to assure you that my commitment to quality handmade products and customer service remains as strong as ever.
I want to take this moment to express my deepest gratitude for your unwavering support throughout our time on Shopee. Your loyalty has meant the world to me, and Paper hugs wouldn't be where it is without you.
