Finally tried Shin Mikana Cafe' & Restaurant — a new Japanese cafe in Bacoor 🇯🇵✨ I think they opened late last year and I’ve been meaning to visit for a while.
Ambiance is nice, very Japanese-y vibe 🤍
❎ Only downside was may construction sa tabi, but the staff were super kind and even suggested upstairs seating for a quieter spot.
We tried their coffee (Spanish latte with a creamy/salty foam on top ☕) for me, Kuya Steven had the melon cream soda, and Cassie went for matcha latte —all of us really enjoyed our drinks ✨
No wifi lang, not used to that 😅
Food was good too — Liam loved the tempura 🍤 (biased siya jan dahil favorite nia) 😅
We also tried strawberry mochi and almond (mochi?) —good but no wow factor for me, plus takoyaki which was okay too.
Will I go back? Definitely YES 🤍 We already had lunch at home before coming, so we were a bit too full to fully enjoy or explore their ramen, sushi, and rice meals — so next time for sure!
