Audition by Katie Kitamura asks one question that unravels everything: how well do we truly know the people closest to us? Or ourselves? 📖🖤
An actress. A young man. Two competing narratives. And the truths every performance masks — even from those who love us most.
Taut, hypnotic, and the kind of book that stays with you long after the last page.

Prescribed for: anyone ready to be beautifully unsettled 📖✨

A quick throwback — the Booker Prize released its 2025 shortlist last year, and Audition made the cut. Come find it at our library at Katipunan, QC this Banned Books Month 📚🤍

Over the last four years, we've become more than just a place for coffee and books. Like the books on our shelves, people from all walks of life have shared with us their tales of love, grief, joy, sorrow, and hope. And this is what we're choosing to celebrate as we cap off our anniversary month. 🤍

Join us this coming Friday as we invite faces both old and new to share their stories of Hygge. For one evening, let's turn the café into a storybook we're writing together. 💌

See you at the library! 📚☕
