A schematic design created for a small family, planned with retirement in mind.

The space focuses on comfort, ease of movement, and a calm, homey atmosphere, with warm materials and flexible layouts that can adapt over time.

Special consideration was also given to their two dogs, making sure they have their own cozy corners integrated into the living areas so they remain part of everyday life.

A home designed not just for today, but for the years ahead.

We’re glad to share the successful completion and turnover of our recent project. A concept studio and multipurpose space located in Lipa, Batangas. The space was planned and designed to function as a flexible environment that can support both work and events.

Approved condo project! Some built-ins were already in place, so we focused on furnishing and styling. The client opted for a bar instead of a dining area since they’ll only be staying here occasionally. Soft neutrals, bold accent pillows, a compact kitchen with existing cabinetry, a calm bedroom palette, and a warm-toned bathroom complete this modern and functional space.

Wrapping up our interns’ first week with a productive site visit in Mabini, Batangas. They conducted site checks and measurements to ensure accuracy for the upcoming design work. After the visit, we shared lunch and returned to the office for debriefing and team discussions. A great way to end a meaningful week of learning and collaboration.

SERENITY SUITE

This studio-type condominium combines functionality and style in a compact space. The layout divides the unit into four areas: the living area, bed area, work area, and dining area, while maintaining an open and bright atmosphere through a glass partition.

Neutral colors like beige, gray, and white are paired with soft pastels, creating a clean and calming ambiance. Simple materials such as leather, fabric, wood, and strategically placed mirrors add warmth and texture and help make the space feel larger.
