Chocolate pancake recipe
ingredients
2 cup all purpose flour (240g)
1/2 cup cocoa powder (40g)
1/3 cup powder milk (33g)
1 tbsp baking powder (10g)
1/2 teaspoon salt (2g)
1/3 cup sugar (75g)
2 egg
2 cup Evaporated milk (500ml)
2 tbsp cooking oil
Chocolate frosting
1/4 cup sugar (50g)
2 tbsp cornstarch (16g)
2 tbsp cocoa powder (12g)
1 cup Evaporated milk (250ml)
1 tbsp margarine or butter (10g)
3oz ice cream scoop
heat the pan on low heat and brush a little Butter or cooking oil
cook on low heat for 25 seconds
cook the other side for 20 seconds
The cooking time depends on the size of the pancake If you use a measuring spoon, it will cook faster because the size is small
