Crochet items are 100% handmade. No machine can copy the detailed and tricky stitches we make. That’s why prices might seem a little high but it’s because each piece takes a lot of time and effort.
Crocheting isn’t just a fun hobby. It’s hard work. Crocheters often deal with back pain, neck pain, and sore fingers from all the stitching. Sometimes, making just one item takes hours, or even days or weeks, depending on how complicated it is. Also, some crochet patterns aren’t free, we have to buy them to make special designs.
So please, don’t say crochet is “just” something quick or easy to do. It’s not. And please don’t rush us, we don't spend all day just crocheting, we have other responsibilities too and don't haggle too much on the price. Crocheting takes patience, time, and sometimes physical pain to make each piece just right.
Let’s all appreciate the hard work and love that goes into every crochet item. It’s not just yarn and hooks, it’s passion and dedication stitched into every piece. ❤️
