We hope everyone is safe and well. With the recent impact of Bagyong TINO, we can only imagine how difficult it’s been for many who are trying to stay composed and recover during this time. Our hearts and prayers are with everyone affected. 🙏

As for your orders or flower preservation requests, please note that order processing may be delayed as our area in Budlaan is still without electricity and signal. Rest assured that once power is restored, we will immediately arrange order pick-ups and deliveries.

Dear Clients 🌷

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding with your orders. As some of you know, I work on each piece by myself, and since everything is fully handmade, the process often takes longer than planned. From extra polishing, reshaping, or flower construction, to waiting for the perfect weather (since resin is sensitive to humidity and rain), every step requires care to make sure your keepsake turns out beautifully.

I completely understand that you’d want your orders sooner, and I truly appreciate your patience while waiting. 💖 I’m also taking steps to improve, I’m getting help and, hopefully, will have an additional staff member soon so we can speed things up without compromising quality.

I also take a very detail-oriented approach, perfectionist even! ✨ My priority is to ensure that when your order reaches you, it’s something you’ll truly treasure. These pieces are meant to preserve your most precious memories, and I want each one to reflect the love and meaning behind them.

I sincerely apologize for the delays, but please know I am working hard to complete them. I’m aiming to have all February–June orders ready within this week. 💕
