Position: Office and Project Administrator
Role Overview
The Office Administrative Staff will support the company’s daily administrative and project documentation needs. The role focuses on maintaining organized records, monitoring project-related expenses, and assisting in procurement and coordination tasks to ensure smooth office and project operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial & Expense Monitoring
>Record project expenses and organize receipts in Excel.
>Maintain accurate documentation of project-related expenditures.
>Assist in monitoring purchased quantities versus planned quantities.
2. Administrative Support
>Manage general administrative tasks for the office.
>Maintain and organize company records, documents, and permits.
>Ensure proper filing and documentation of important company records.
3. Project Documentation
>Track and organize project files, documents, and records.
>Prepare basic reports related to project expenses, procurement, and documentation.
4. Procurement Support
>Assist in sourcing suppliers and requesting quotations.
>Prepare purchase orders and monitor the delivery of materials.
>Maintain an updated supplier contact list.
5. Coordination
>Coordinate schedules, meetings, and basic communications related to project and office activities.
Qualifications:
>Graduate of Business Administration, Office Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office software.
>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage documentation efficiently.
>Good communication and coordination skills.
