For the past few weeks, I’ve been quiet. No new photos. No new Reels. From the outside, it probably looked like I stopped caring about this small candle business.
The truth? I was overwhelmed.
There were days when orders came in slower than I hoped. And in a world where everyone seems to be going viral overnight, it’s hard not to question yourself.
I started asking:
“Is this still worth it?”
“Do people even notice?”
“Am I good enough to compete?”
Social media can make you feel as if you’re not constantly posting, you’re falling behind. But what people don’t see is the work happening offline, the quiet improvements, the reformulating, the rebranding, the small wins that don’t always make it to the feed.
I chose to pause posting because I needed to refocus on what truly matters:
✨ Better scent throw
✨ Cleaner burns
✨ Stronger packaging
✨ A brand that feels intentional, not rushed
I’m not just making candles to fill a shelf. I’m creating something that sits in your bedroom after a long day. Something that burns during your self-care nights. Something that lights up birthday dinners, late-night talks, and quiet healing moments.
And that takes time.
Sometimes growth is not loud.
Sometimes it’s happening in the background, one steady flame at a time.
So if you’ve been wondering where I went… I’ve been here. Pouring. Testing. Learning. Growing.
If you’re still here supporting a small business that refuses to give up, comment 🕯️ or send a message. Your support means more than you know.
The next post won’t just be a comeback.
It’ll be a glow-up
