Another productive day of learning, baking, and hands-on experience as our participants successfully completed the Asian Bread Mastery Workshop. From dough preparation and fermentation to shaping, proofing, and baking, students gained valuable skills and techniques in creating soft, flavorful, and bakery-quality Asian breads.

Throughout the workshop, participants learned the importance of proper ingredient handling, dough development, fermentation control, and baking techniques that contribute to the signature texture and quality of Asian-style breads. It was a fun and educational experience filled with new knowledge, practical applications, and delicious results.
