📢 Quick Update
It's been a day since the earthquake affected General Santos City. Many establishments remain closed, and we're still experiencing intermittent power outages.
We kindly ask for your patience and understanding, as these delays are beyond our control. We don't want this to happen either, especially knowing many of you are eagerly waiting for your keepsakes 🙏
We'll try again tomorrow to check which courier branches have resumed operations so we can ship the completed orders as soon as possible.
For clients whose orders are still in production, we also ask for a little more patience. Most of our resin work requires electricity, especially for equipment such as our heat gun and printer, so production has been affected by the ongoing power interruptions.
