🥕🥒Carrot Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
• 1 cucumber
• 1 carrot
• 3/4 cup sesame oil
• 2 cloves grated garlic
• 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp sesame seeds
• 1/2 tbsp vinegar + 1 tbsp sugar (dissolved)
• Chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the cucumber and carrot thoroughly.
Using a peeler or mandoline, slice them into thin ribbons or strips.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine:
• Sesame oil
• Grated garlic
• Brown sugar
• Soy sauce
• Vinegar and dissolved sugar mixture

Mix well until fully combined.

Step 3

Place the cucumber and carrot into a large mixing bowl.

Step 4

Pour the dressing over the vegetables.
Toss gently until evenly coated.

Step 5

Sprinkle sesame seeds and chili flakes on top.

Step 6

Serve chilled and enjoy your refreshing Carrot Cucumber Salad!

Tuna Mango Salad

Ingredients
• 1 can tuna, drained
• 1 ripe mango, diced
• 1 head green lettuce, chopped
• 1 small carrot, julienned
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp brown sugar or honey
• 1 tsp lemon or calamansi juice
• Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Wash and dry the lettuce well. Arrange on a salad plate or bowl.
2. Add diced mangoes, tuna flakes, and carrots on top.
3. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, brown sugar (or honey), and lemon juice.
4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
5. Sprinkle black pepper and serve chilled.

Creamy Macaroni Soup Ala Jollibee

đź›’ Ingredients
• 2 cups elbow macaroni
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
• 1 cup ham, diced
• 1 small carrot, diced
• 1 cup corn kernels
• 4 cups water
• chicken cubes
• 2 cups evaporated milk
• cream of mushroom(optional)
• Salt and pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions
1. In a pot, melt butter then sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
2. Add chicken, ham, and carrots. Cook for 2–3 minutes. Add macaroni and mix!
3. Pour in water and simmer until carrots are tender. Add corn kernels
4. Add chicken cubes. Simmer for few minutes and pour in evaporated milk. Add cream of mushroom(dissolved in water) Stir until creamy.
5. Simmer for another 3–5 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve hot and creamy.
