30/12/2025
The clock resets. The calendar turns. 2026 stands before us—a vast, uncharted landscape.
We bring to it the memories of 2025: its triumphs and its trials, the laughter that echoed and the tears that healed, the doors that closed and the paths that appeared. But as we cross this threshold, we do not travel alone, and we do not travel with a stranger.
We enter 2026 with the One who has already been in all our tomorrows.
New Year, Same Faithful God.
This is our anthem. This is our anchor. Hebrews 13:8 isn’t just a verse; it’s the bedrock under our shifting sands: “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.”
The “yesterday” of your 2025—He was there. In the anxiety, in the celebration, in the quiet surrender and the hard-fought victory. His presence was the constant you may have felt but couldn’t always see.
The “today” of this very moment—He is here. In your hopeful excitement, in your quiet apprehension, in the deep breath you take before stepping forward. His grace is fully present, actively holding you.
The “forever” of all your 2026—He is already there. He is not waiting to see what happens to decide how to feel about you. His love for you is a settled, eternal fact. His power is not intimidated by what the news cycle will bring. His purpose for your life is unfolding on a timeline vaster and more beautiful than a single year.
So, we don’t just hope 2026 will be good. We know the God who is good will be in it.
We don’t just wish for strength. We rely on the God whose strength is made perfect in our weakness.
We don’t just pray for guidance. We follow the Shepherd who knows the way, because He is the Way.
Let this year be the one where our trust moves from theory to lived-in reality. Where we lean harder into His sameness. Where we find a profound peace not because the world is calm, but because our God is constant.
Here’s to 2026—to walking its days with the One who never changes. His faithfulness is our story’s true title page.
