(3)Sale is perfected the moment an item you coded is awarded to you. (Ang pag-mine ay hindi add to cart sa Shopee o Lazada na pipiliin mo lang babayaran mo pag checkout!) STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION.
(4) Seller’s screen will prevail in case of dispute between 2 buyers.
(5) Do a ‘checkpoint’ of how much you have ‘mined’ to avoid going over your budget. This is Buyer’s responsibility, not the Seller’s.
(6) Please pay the total amount of your purchase within 24 hours. Pay total amount in full only to our authorized Gcash Number and BPI Savings Account, or in Cash. No wrong payment to other persons shall be acknowledged. Other modes of payment may be accommodated only at our discretion. Buyer shall bear any fees or charges.
(7) Once payment has been made, send a Message to our page attaching a photo or screenshot of your proof of payment, and wait for confirmation from us.
(8) Purchased items that remain unpaid after 24 hours may be awarded to the 2nd miner or re-sold on Friday of the same week or any day of the following week, at Seller’s discretion. For first-time buyers, Buyer understands and agrees that the ₱500-deposit shall be forfeited as damages to the Seller.
(9) After we have confirmed receipt of your payment, please arrange for pickup of your purchased items or ask our staff to assist you in shipping your items. Please note that our staff will still pack each of your items so please be patient and wait for confirmation that your items are ready for pickup or shipping. ASK FOR UPDATES ONLY THROUGH PRIVATE MESSAGE FROM 11AM to 7PM, MONDAY TO SATURDAY, NOT IN THE LIVE SELLING BROADCAST TO AVOID DISRUPTING THE LIVE SELLER AND OTHER BUYERS.
(10) Seller will charge a storage fee of ₱15.00 per day for every unclaimed item that remain despite our confirmation of readiness for pickup or shipping to compensate us for rent that we pay for the space alloted for unclaimed items. The Seller reserves the right to retain paid items until the storage fees are fully paid.
(11) Except for faulty packing by our staff, we will not be responsible for damage or loss from shipping. We are not a courier. WE ONLY ASSIST IN SHIPPING WITH YOUR PREFERRED COURIER OR SHIPPING CHANNEL. ANY FAULT OR DELAY BY THE COURIER OR MOVER IS NOT THE SELLER’S FAULT.
(12) The SELLER reserves the right to ban a BUYER from this live selling broadcast and future broadcast for violation of any of the terms and conditions above-stated. In that case, the BUYER understands and agrees that the SELLER shall have the exclusive right to forfeit any deposit or payment made.
