Assistant Architect (Remote)

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Architect to support us in developing architectural and interior design projects. The ideal candidate is organized, technically skilled, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of architectural and interior design drawings.
- Develop 2D drafting and 3D models based on design concepts.
- Produce presentation materials, renderings, and design documentation.
- Revise drawings according to client and team feedback.
- Prepare construction drawings and detailing.
- Conduct product, material, and furniture research.
- Organize project files and maintain drawing standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors as needed.
- Assist with project documentation, schedules, and administrative tasks.
- Participate in virtual meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Occasional project site visits.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Rayon, SketchUp, and SketchUp Layout.
- Experience with rendering software such as Enscape, D5 Render, or Lumion is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is a plus.
- Strong understanding of architectural drafting and construction documentation.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Able to work independently in a remote setup.
- Reliable internet connection and a capable computer for design work.
- Preferably based in the south of Metro Manila or nearby provinces like Laguna or Cavite.
