May nagreklamo. Mali daw yung pinadala kong order!

Hi my dear customers 🧡 Yesterday I have received a feedback from one of our customers that she didn't receive the correct item that she ordered. Syempre chineck natin to agad. If proven na sa side ko ang mali, I'll take full responsibility and offer a refund. I found out na, Cursive workbook yung inorder nya at hindi Standard Letter for tracing as she claimed na pang daycare daw yung inorder nya. I show her proof of what she ordered and inform her that we shipped the correct item based on her order.
